Machoflage and Compensation

On a blog adorned with photos of firearms and ammunition (we even get to see the package in which the ammo was shipped) we find Linoge.

Linoge loves the military:

I wholeheartedly love the men and women serving in our armed forces - they are working, living, and dying to protect our freedoms, and the freedoms enjoyed by those around the world. In my eyes, there can be no greater calling, or more worthy sacrifice.

He really, really loves them. But not enough to join them. Somebody has to wait for those UPS packages of ammo.

Linoge hates the ACLU:

What does the ACLU think of their efforts, though? Well, they think highly enough of them to release a 10,000 page report (remember, your tax money paid for some low level functionary to sit down and type all of that, and God knows it took damned near forever) documenting all of a scant few of events that they consider to be war crimes, while simultaneously providing the liberals of America and our enemies abroad sufficient wadding to stuff their anti-America and anti-US-Armed-Forces cannons tight for the next few months.

Umm…Linoge appears to be under the impression the ACLU is funded by taxes. Say, that could explain why he’s not in the military; it’s all coming together…

For that matter, when did it become the ACLU’s job to be an international tribune? I assume, since they have taken this yoke upon themselves, they will soon be levying charges against the Iranian insurgents operating in Iraq for all of the horrific things they have done to the civilians there. Or perhaps against Iran itself for supplying those insurgents with weapons to be used against our military, during a time of war.

Take the yoke…you can’t write parody any better.
