A Good Point

Oliver Willis raises an excellent point: the GOP Presidential candidates were basically tripping all over themselves in order to address the NRA. But they couldn’t seem to find any time to address this nation’s largest black and hispanic groups.

It’s not too difficult to figure out why that is.

  1. What you are describing might be called pandering to ethnic minorities. How’s that not racist?

  2. Those two groups comprise over 25% of the population of the US. The Repugs refuse to even meet with them.

Yet, they seem to have time for a small group of angry white guys.

That, not doubt, being the “Evil NRA” in your book. Strange how you refuse to get the facts straight on this. The homophobes and xenophobes are there, no doubt, but the vocal ones have largely either shut up or are actively kept out of the politics. Lots of women and racial minorites in that group, so you are just projecting your hatred of the “angry white guy” on something convenient.

    You’re a dolt.
