Klaseus pleaded guilty to felony second-degree manslaughter. Other charges, including reckless discharge of a firearm and misdemeanor charges of trespassing and hunting turkeys without a license, were dismissed.
The criminal complaint showed Klaseus, 40, had alcohol and marijuana in his system when he shot his son.
According to investigators, Deming was disassembling a Glock .40-caliber pistol Jan. 10 at the front counter of the Bullet Hole, 10915 Harrison St., when the gun went off. Greg Boll was shot in the chest. He was hospitalized in critical condition, then eventually upgraded and released.
Obviously, that NRA training paid off.
