What’s neat is Rosenthal, in attempts to expose the “Gun Show Loophole” attempted to illigally buy a handgun at a New Hamphire gun show. The aftermath of which nearly saw him, Steve Bailey, and a New Hampshire Police officer facing federal weapons charges. The ATF found that Rosenthal and Bailey, dispite their claims, didn’t illigally accept the gun from the Police officer who was working with them, and no charges were filed.
So long-story-short, its all bullshit.

Yeah, that sign was put up by anti-gun folks, NOT the NRA.
The NRA has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this.

mike w: “Yeah, that sign was put up by anti-gun folks, NOT the NRA.”
Actually, that sign was put up by an anti-gunowner fellow who sometimes actually attempts to pretend that he is pro-gunowner.

IOW, according to JayF, you are “anti-gun” if you do not support providing firearms to criminals and terrorists.

“IOW, according to JayF, you are “anti-gun” if you do not support providing firearms to criminals and terrorists.”
If you support almost every gun control proposal, you are “anti-gun.”
I have written to his group as a prospective member, asking for their definition of “assault weapon” and a commitment to oppose banning guns that are not “assault weapons.” They will not reply.

That’s the trick, Jade! See Resenthal (in fact a legal gun owner with a clean background) attempted to buy a handgun which he legally could posses…but he tried to do it at a gunshow in the neighboring state, which is illegal…and he couldn’t do it! Better yet, if he HAD done it, the ATF would have sent him to prison in the subsequent investigation.
So no, you’re an Anti-Gunner if you attempt to pass anti-gun laws with the help of fraudulent lies printed on a giant billboard over a major US highway that you have personal experience to be false.
